The Performance Leadership workshop provides you with the knowledge and skills to intentionally influence the personal growth of others.
What You Will Learn:

- Learn the four Growth Phases people go through to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- See and acknowledge the different Emotional States a person goes through during the learning process.
- Understand how to break down tasks into core components to provide focused development.
- Learn and practice the seven core Leadership Engagement skills to support someone’s learning.
- Discover how to accelerate the learning process to increase performance.
