Shannon Swift brings over three decades of experience developing leaders in a variety of corporate environments. She engages her clients with a genuine, no-nonsense style using a behaviorally anchored approach based on various assessment results to establish goals and facilitate meaningful growth. Her humility and collaborative spirit create an environment of trust and mutual respect, fostering a safe and empowering space for her clients to explore their potential.
Shannon has trained and coached associates and managers at American Century Investments, H&R Block, JP Morgan Retirement Plan Services, Lockton Companies, and Mariner Advisors, plus many more across the country. She sat on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Employment Network and the Kansas City Chapter of the Association for Talent Development. She is currently an adjunct professor at University of Central Missouri. Shannon enjoys growing flowers, playing music, spending time with her family, and making new friends.
