virtualCX | Leadership Style: How do you Select the Best?
This is a virtualCX Program that can be accessed remotely from your desk. You will receive the event passcode in your confirmation email when you register.
There are many styles of leadership, each with their own pros and cons. One size or style never fits all. The very best leaders adapt their style to fit each specific person and situation, no matter what it may be.
In this session, Eric will lead a discussion about various types of leadership styles, along with how and when to use them. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of their style, and ways they can implement other learning styles into their life to increase their effectiveness.
