Communication is key in the workplace. Our biggest stresses at work circulate around communications issues with co-workers, bosses and customers. Sales Coach, Diane O'Byrne as she helps attendees identify the language they speak and then learn to speak the languages of their co-workers and customers for better communication.  After attending this session, participants will learn to identify someone else's language and to speak in their language for far more effective communication. Diane O'Byrne is a Sales Coach offering personalized, customized training for businesses. She offers sessions for sales teams, support staff and one-on-one individualized coaching. Diane has been a business owner for more than 25 years and has a client base consisting of large corporations as well as small businesses in a variety of industries. She has taught as an adjunct at KU for over 25 years in the MBA program and the Journalism School and has a passion for helping others find their success!
