In my role as in-house corporate counsel at H&R Block, I am responsible for a very high volume of M&A deals, assist with ESG reporting, and handle international corporate governance and intercompany transactions. Outside of my profession, I have the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for Great Plains SPCA, a local animal welfare organization. I enjoy spending time with my family (husband, four-year-old son, and our twelve-year-old dog), reading and traveling.
