About Us

Academic, turned entrepreneur, turned independent consultant who focuses on communication and people development. I approach all things with an educator's heart and view everything I do as an opportunity to empower and support people in the organizations I partner with. Primarily I focus on communication through writing and curriculum design. I love to tell stories using data and I rely on my prior experience as a Director of Assessment to properly collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback and data.
