Speaker Bio:
Jennifer Hack is the founder of Below the Fold, her solo and collaborative design thinking and content strategy consultancy. The bulk of her business centers around creating and facilitating work sessions for teams seeking better solutions. Additionally, she is the co-creator of Resilience Thinking, a curriculum that uses design thinking to explore trauma awareness. A dedicated meditator, she sees mindfulness as crucial to innovation.
The name Below the Fold is a nod to Jenns first love: journalism. Prior to launching her company, Jenn helped found Ink magazine, the Kansas City Stars print and digital product for millennials. In 14 years as a photographer, editor and manager at the Star, Jenn parachuted into new subject matters and found stories in the noise. Its the same thing she appreciates about consulting -- she has a drive to be present with people in the thick of their problems.
