Bloch Executive Series
Managing our time and energy is incredibly challenging given the myriad roles that we fulfill inside and outside of our professional lives. During this interactive session, you will learn how to maximize your performance by changing your relationship to time, acquiring scientifically-informed strategies for optimizing functioning, improving stress management skills, and combining the new knowledge and skills with renewed energy to better meet the demands of intense workplaces.

About the Instructors
Dr. Tamilia D. Reed is a Staff Psychologist and Outreach Coordinator at UMKC Counseling Services. She organizes and delivers presentations, workshops, and trainings that cover a range of mental health and wellness topics for students, faculty, and staff at the university. In addition, she provides consultation services and delivers a range of therapy services to the university community as well. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Reed writes, sings, reads, and travels as often as possible.
Dr. Carolyn S Pepper is a licensed clinical psychologist and works as a staff psychologist at UMKC Counseling Services. At Counseling Services, she serves in the role of Assessment Coordinator, providing and overseeing all of the office’s psychodiagnostic testing. In addition to these roles, Dr. Pepper is also an adjunct psychology professor and a RYT 200 yoga and meditation instructor. In her free time, Dr. Pepper enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family – furry and otherwise.
