The inspiration, curiosity, and growth you experienced on April 18 will continue! Join us in May, June, July and August for continued conversations with some of your favorite speakers for Central Exchange's Post-Summit Learnshops.
At this year’s Summit, we embraced Culture as what influences the way we view, experience, and engage with all aspects of our lives – personally and professionally. With shifting concerns and ever-changing work environments, we learned how you can shape the culture that surrounds you because CULTURE STARTS WITH YOU.
Join us on June 9th at UMKC Bloch or Online to continue the conversation with thought leader, Mary Messner, as she as she expands more on her breakout session: Culture of Women.
During this Post-Summit Learnshop we will revisit the powerful Culture of Women Mindset Shifts first through a guided conversation, followed by taking a deeper dive into the support we can offer each other by discussing areas that deplete our energy and those that give us energy. The program will conclude with a question-and-answer session with the audience.
You can expect to leave this interactive Learnshop with new connections, ideas, and a renewed commitment to who you want to be.

Mary Messner is a professional speaker, an advocate for women and girls, and a mother.
She has dedicated her career to approaching challenges with creativity, refusing to accept the status quo, and leading with a determination to grow others.
Mary partners with organizations to provide inspiration, offer knowledge, and identify solutions. She is committed to creating a workplace culture where women are recognized and celebrated for their authentic and powerful abilities. Her speaking engagements and workshops provide tangible strategies that demonstrate how to empower women in the workplace.
While off the stage, Mary spends her time as the Executive Director for Madam President Camp, a non-profit youth organization designed to inspire girls to use their voice to become leaders in their communities now and in the future. Mary brings her corporate, non-profit, and small business experience to each interaction with the goal of creating meaningful connections with her clients and audience.
