The Happiness Reset Series is a practical and uplifting 3-part experience designed to help busy women reconnect with themselves, reset their mindset, and build habits that support greater happiness in everyday life. Blending positive psychology, happiness research, reflection, and interactive exercises, this series offers approachable tools that participants can immediately apply at home, at work, and in their relationships.
