Kim Specker is the CEO of Rare Transformation, LLC. a leadership coaching company. Kim launched RARE Transformation after her own life changing experience through transformation and healing. Kim has a heart to help other women discover how to experience life at their best, by increasing resilience through brain skills training and enhancing relationship quality (RQ) through improving conversation skills (C-IQ) and increasing emotional intelligence (E-IQ).
Kim is a graduate of the award-winning University of Texas, graduate program in Executive and Professional coaching in Dallas, Texas. Kim is PCC certified by the ICF and has over 5,000 hours of coaching in various industries. As lifelong resident of Kansas City, Kim has marketplace experiences which include public accounting, Fortune 500 acquisitions, sales, and client relationship management.

Dawn Zerbs is an executive coach who works with top-level leaders to build great teams and tackle big goals right from the start. She helps leaders trust in themselves and others to elevate people and exceed performance goals. She brings 25 years of coaching, consulting, and strategy experience and has worked with phenomenal c-level leaders to design, build, implement, and get results from holistic growth plans (growing people and profits). She developed the Inspired Leadership System™ and has used it successfully in a variety of industries.
Dawn received a music degree from Nebraska Wesleyan, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and is a perpetual student of life. She lives in Leawood with her family and dog, Daiya.
