DT | KU Edwards Campus Presents: Dealing with Resistance to Change - 11:45 a.m.
Resistance to change is one of the most difficult aspects of change management for leaders. The key to dealing with resistance is to understand the reasons why employees might resist a change and to target strategies for dealing with the specific type of resistance. Leaders who are able to do this type of analysis are much more likely to lead successful change efforts due to the ability to incorporate resistance into the change strategy. The presentation will outline three different types of resistance and teach the attendees how to recognize each type. Strategies will be taught to address each type of resistance.
