Big Data is the way of the future and whether we realize it or not, we are all impacted by data analytics today. In this session we will demystify analytics and how the role of Chief Data Scientist is emerging as data is used to effect decision making, planning, product development, growth strategies and more.
Creating actionable business strategies from data intelligence has become par for the course for success in business – analytics are now a ubiquitous part of the business landscape. It’s easy to become overwhelmed when working to determine how data science fits into your own company strategies. In this presentation, an experienced Chief Analytics Officer will give you no-nonsense advice about the kinds of tools and services available, and in particular, what you should outsource versus build in house. In addition, you will learn how to integrate data science resources with your team members to produce cohesive, integrated results and solutions. Industry examples drawn from healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications will be provided. This fascinating exploration of data analytics will be informative for IT professional, business owners and those interested in the many ways Big Data is impacting business and business decisions.
