VIRTUAL PROGRAM | Gender in Perspective Roundtable
Women make great leaders.
Gender diverse teams perform better.
Gender diverse boards make better decisions.
This is not new news?
- So why is it that women still only run 8 percent of Fortune 500 companies and comprise 20% of board seats in the Russell 1000?
- We can continue to move the needle! We just need some perspective.
- The value in gender diversity lies in different perspectives, or the lens from which we think, see things, and make decisions.
Join us for a community roundtable to put gender in perspective!
